Steps to unroot the Samsung galaxy y :

•  Download the unroot-update. zip file for unroot and place it directly on your SD card , (rename piz extension to .zip) not in any folder. Do not extract it.
•  Switch off your phone.
•  Press the Home button, Power button and the Volume Up button and keep holding it until the Samsung logo appears. Now let go of the buttons. You will see that some writings have come in red colour. This is called the Recovery Mode. Your touch screen wont work now. So don't panic if you touch the screen and nothing happens. Only the volume buttons, home button and the power buttons work now. Volume buttons for going up and down. Home button for selecting and Power key for going back to previous screen.
•  Select 'Apply update from sd card'.
•  Choose the file that you have downloaded and select yes.
•  After that you'll be taken to another screen where there will be an option 'Reboot system now'. Select it and be patient and wait for your phone to switch on.
•  Check your apps and if you dont see the Superuser app, it means you are unrooted.

• Now you will see the phone is in default recovery console. 
• Select the option ‘Install from SD Card’ using your Volume keys to scroll and press Home key to select. 
• Now select ClockWorkMod Recovery named (CWM_Package) and press home key to select. 
• Within 2 seconds your phone will be in ClockWorkMod Recovery.

• Download the CWM recovery and CWM-SuperSU from here. (Instance: You will Funbook.rar named file in the download open and extract it then you will find two CWM recovery and CWM-SuperSU.zip)

  Extract CWM recovery to your desktop and connect your funbook via USB Cable.
• In the case your Tablet doesn’t shown or installed in your PC then install the ADB driver from here.
• Then, open CWM recovery and run Recovery-Install.bat It will give you following options:
• Install CWM recovery
• Reboot into recovery
• Quit
• Then move on to CWM-SuperSU.zip extracted on your PC, move it to Internal SD of Funbook.
• Boot into CWM recovery by pressing menu button and power button simultaneously.
• Select install zip from internal SD card and select the CWM-SuperSU.zip
• Then press power button, select yes to continue.
• After performing above steps your Funbook is rooted.

 1.Download the drivers for funbook from here

 2. update the pc with these drivers by device manager
 3. Once the drivers are updated connect funbook with usb to pc
 4. Now download unlock root from here
 5. Open Unlock root and follow the instruction there
 6. Restart the tab
 7. If you are able to see superuser then congrats you rooted your funbook .
